We are looking forward to a great Carmel Valley Ranch Roundup this year! Please mark your calendars for the third weekend in September.

We expect to run the weekend as in years past, with great bar-b-que, Kiddie Korral, vendors and the usual slate of classes.

We are happy to announce our judges and officials for the weekend: Mike Lund (Atascadero, CA) will be judging Cutting, Ranch Riding, Ranch Horse, Buckaroo Boxing and Ranch Reining.  Andy Barrington (King City, CA) will be officiating all of the Ropings (Junior/Senior, Century, Ladies/Mixed) as well as Rancher’s Choice, Penning and Sorting. Ray Berta will be judging the Old Style Reata Roping class. Bill Kaufman (Salinas, CA) will be officiating the Games. We have yet to figure out a judge for the Trail Challenge class.

At this point, we expect to open entries on August 1. Stay tuned for more news!
